Microsoft Teams RAG Agent

  • Created an agent for Microsoft Teams, with multi-tab functionality, data persistence, and a feedback mechanism to capture user dissatisfaction
  • Updated the system to use Multimodal chat, processing images and text from users before returning a response
  • Migrated infrastructure from Microsoft Azure to AWS (Amplify, ECS) to improve performance and handle a growing customer base

RAG Analytics & Feedback System

  • Developed a React TypeScript dashboard for conversation analytics to improve system monitoring, RAG result quality, and end user experience
  • Engineered an interactive feedback system capturing user responses
  • Implemented real-time data replication using Supabase subscriptions to allow for analytics without impacting database performance for users

Vector Search Infrastructure and Deployment

  • Designed and deployed a Node.js-based vector search service using OpenAI embeddings with MongoDB and OpenSearch to create a product discovery pipeline for thousands of SKUs
  • Containerized and deployed the application using Docker, AWS ECS, and Fargate
